1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Vairified, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Account Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vairified. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Fair Play

You agree to accurately report match results and not manipulate ratings. Vairified reserves the right to adjust or invalidate ratings that appear to result from manipulation.

4. Content

Match results, ratings, and statistical data generated through Vairified are shared records. While you can delete your personal information, match results with other players will be preserved in anonymized form.

5. Payments

Paid features (VAIR Plus, Express VAIRification) are processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Vairified may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Account deletion follows our Privacy Policy with a 30-day grace period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vairified is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vairified after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
